I would say that I rate my physical self at a 6. I know that I am healthy but I could be healthier and I would like to lose 10 pounds because it's bikini season! My spiritual well being could be better. I need to regain my really close relationship with God because in life isn't that what really matters? I feel that my psychological being is pretty good. I can handle stress pretty well and don't get angry very often.
The goal for my physical state is to build healthy muscle and to lose the weight. The goal for my spiritual self is to become closer with God and I can do that by going to church more often. My psychological goal is to stop being overly sensitve which can be a problem. It is important to have a strong back bone.
Over all exercise by cardio and weightlifting can help the physical and the psychological states because when you look good you feel good. I can pray more that would be a great exercise for my spiritual state.
I personally thought it was beneficial because it helped me think about certain things in life.
